The US Department of Health and Human Services has proposed problematic changes to the rules for the enforcement of the conscience protections in federal law. Pro-life leaders have published a list of the minimum legislation that should be expected from a pro-life majority in the House of Representatives. Legislation for various protections for the unborn and alternatives to abortion are being passed and proposed in a number of states following the overturning of Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v.
