Returns

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of your receipt of your order. Items that are lost or damaged in shipment to you can be either replaced or refunded. To initiate a return please call the NCBC bookstore at 215-871-2011 or 215-877-2660 ext. 211.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No fee will be charged to replace goods that are damaged during shipping to you.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items must be returned unused and unmarked.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If the returned product has been damaged in any way after you receive it, or if you initiate the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. The NCBC shall not be responsible for items returned that become lost or damaged on their way back to us. Postage and handling charges will be paid by the customer and are nonrefundable. At our discretion, the NCBC may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the United States only.


Refunds

Credit card refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the card originally used for purchase.

Please allow up to 21 days for refunds of purchases made by check or money order.
