NCBC President to Deliver Paper at Premiere Catholic University in Mexico City

 

The President of The National Catholic Bioethics Center, Dr. John Haas, will be delivering a paper on the defense of human dignity at the Second International Symposium on Bioethics on Friday, October 7th, in Mexico City. The daylong event, hosted by the Center for Interdisciplinary Bioethics at Panamerican University, will focus on questions and current issues important to bioethicists and all professionals in medicine and the life sciences. Dr. Haas will speak in defense of the lives of the vulnerable in his paper: En Defensa de los Vulnerables en la Medicina y las Ciencias de la Vida, or, In Defense of the Vulnerable in Medicine and the Sciences. Dr. Haas will also be participating in a panel discussion on bioethics later in the day. The program in Mexico City is open to all who are able to attend and will run from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. this Friday.
