Monthly Bioethics and Public Policy Reports are prepared by Dr. Marie T. Hilliard, NCBC Director of Bioethics and Public Policy, to keep constituents informed on current trends and developments at the legislative and judicial level impacting the dignity of the human person. NCBC institutional members receive these reports by fax each month.
